SINTER announces that applications for the Santander Universidades Ibero-American Undergraduate Scholarship Program are open, according to the Call for Applications no. 12 SINTER 2019. The program, financed by Banco Santander (Brasil) S.A., offers scholarships to students enrolled at Santander’s partner universities, enabling academic mobility between Ibero-American countries.

Two undergraduate students regularly enrolled at UFSC will be selected to receive the scholarship worth R$12,630.90 (what corresponds to €3,000.00 according to the exchange rate on the date the program was launched, 26 October 2018). The amount will be credited to the student by Santander, so they can do the mobility between the first and second semesters of 2020 in one of the participating universities (according to the Call for Applications).

To participate, students must apply through SINTER website (via UFSC online application system) and Santander website until 7 August 2019, having in mind that the application on both websites is mandatory. Besides, the applicant must pay attention to the “General Principles of the 2019 Scholarship Programs”.
