– Original passport with a student visa (VITEM IV, linked to UFSC);*

– Travel insurance valid for the entire period of the mobility with repatriation coverage in case of medical necessities or death.  

• IMPORTANT! The document must be provided in either Portuguese or English and must include the student’s (insured person’s) name, the coverage period, and the services covered by the insurance, including medical and funeral repatriation services.

– Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination.

*For students with Brazilian citizenship, the Brazilian identity card or Brazilian passport will be accepted in place of the Student Visa.
