General Instructions for Agreements

The Office of International Relations (SINTER) negotiates and processes General Cooperation Agreements between UFSC and foreign educational institutions, generally at the request of a faculty or staff member.

Our University has a Cooperation Agreement template pre-approved by the Federal Attorney’s Office at UFSC. When the foreign educational institution agrees to use this template, the process becomes more agile.

SINTER is also responsible for negotiating and processing Specific Exchange Agreements and Memoranda of Understanding (also known as MoUs).
