Hamilton Wielewicki; the coordinator of the UNESCO Chair on Linguistic Policies for Multilingualism, Prof. Gilvan Muller; CED graduate programs’ coordinators involved in the cooperation; as well as Timorese and Brazilian graduate students were also present at the event.
