APPLICATION CALENDAR – SECOND ACADEMIC SEMESTER OF 2025 (AUGUST TO DECEMBER)
Applications for our in-person exchange program to students interested in studying at UFSC in the second academic semester of 2025 (August to December).
The student nomination period starts on 28 April 2025.
Please pay attention to our application calendar:

5. The above deadlines must be strictly observed. Please inform your students about them.
7. Choice of campus for the exchange.
NOTE: Students from your institution who are currently on exchange at UFSC and would like to extend their stay for the first semester of 2025 (from March to July) need to access the application system again to request for an extension and choose their courses until 09 May 2025. The home institution should access the system to confirm the student’s request until 12 May 2025.
Note: Mobility in the Medicine Program at UFSC runs independently from SINTER and does not accept students to attend theoretical courses, only internships. So we kindly ask you to not consider this calendar for application to the Medicine Program. Students interested in taking courses or doing internship in Medicine should contact the Program Coordinator directly (medicina.estagios@contato.ufsc.br).
