Curitibanos Campus

Notícias da UFSCInaugurated in 2009, the Curitibanos Campus is located 302 km west of Florianópolis and offers degree programs in the field of agricultural sciences. To strengthen its teaching, research and outreach activities, the campus includes two experimental farms, one for agriculture and livestock (with 24 ha) and the other for forest farming (with 31 ha).

Currently, the campus offers four undergraduate degree programs in Agronomy, Forest Engineering, Medicine, and Veterinary Medicine, and three master’s degree programs: (1) Agricultural and Natural Ecosystems, (2) Agricultural and Forest Biotechnology, and (3) Conventional and Integrative Veterinary Medicine.
