Scholarship opportunity for undergraduate students at Offenburg University of Applied Sciences / Germany – Deadline 12 October 2022

The International Programs Coordinator at the Office of International Relations (SINTER) informs that undergraduate students who apply for the Outgoing Program to go on exchange at the Offenburg University of Applied Sciences, Germany, in the first semester of 2023 (March to August), will have the opportunity to apply for a EU$700 (per month) scholarship, for a period of at least three months.  The application and selection process to be carried out by UFSC will follow the rules set out in the Call for Applications no. 02/2022/SINTER of the Outgoing Program and its Rectification.

UFSC will nominate three students to Offenburg, which will make the final selection among the applicant students from all institutions participating in the opportunity. According to the analysis made by the German institution, the three students nominated by UFSC may be granted the scholarship or not.

Interested students must submit the application, following the instructions below, until 12 October 2022.

Application procedures:

  • Check on the host institution’s website if your area of study is covered by the program;
  • Apply in the UFSC online application system, following the instructions provided in the Outgoing Program’s Call for Applications;
  • Upload all application documentation in the application system* in Portable Document Format (.pdf), which must be submitted in individual files;
  • Have your application approved by your Program Coordinator at UFSC.

*Required documents

Documents required by UFSC and Offenburg:

  • Learning Agreement, filled in according to item 5.4 of the Call for Applications no. 02/2022/SINTER (minimum of 15 ECTS).

Documents required by Offenburg:

  • Letter of Motivation
  • Curriculum vitae (CV) containing a photo;
  • Transcript of records (undergraduate courses you have taken so far);
  • Certificate of registration at home institution;
  • Letter of Recommendation by a Professor;
  • Copy of passport;
  • German or English language proof for level B1 (CEFR level). You may present a certificate issued by the Department of Foreign Languages and Literatures (DLLE) at UFSC.
