There will be addressed themes like: relations between Africa and Brazil, The PEC-G Program and the arrival of african students to UFSC, among others.

Statement at UFSC about oportunities for Funding and Research in Europe (EURAXESS) – 17/11/2015

downloadSupported by Fundação de Apoio à Pesquisa Científica e Tecnológica do Estado de Santa Catarina (FAPESC), the EURAXESS Links Brazil  organizes an informative session about fundings and support offered to researchers, taking the oportunity that the representatives of the European Research Council and  Sklodowska-Curie Actions (MSCA) will be in Brasil. The event will happen next Tuesday, 17 november, from 9h30 to 12h at Universidade de Santa Catarina, in the scope of the conference “Destination Europe”. The statements are focused at the funding and career oportunities on Europe for researchers of any nationality and all the research levels.

Australia Government offers scholarships for Doctoral Programs – Applications until 30/11/2015

download-300x108As a result of the well succeded partnerships between Brazil and Australia, and aiming to reinforce the links that already exists between the countries in science, technology and inovation, the Australian Embassy in Brazil offers the opportunity of short term stay for brazilian students in australian research and teaching institutions, through the Austrália – Brazil PhD Exchange Program. Brazilian students of the second or third year of Doctorate can apply for two month exchange. The program period will be between 04 April and 27 May 2016, and the expenses related to travel and housing will be funded by the Education and Training Deparment of Australia.
