    The Office of International Relations (SINTER) announces the final results of the Selection Process for Administrative staff for the realization of international mobility process at the University of Cádiz for a period of up to one week for training purposes, according to item 11 of the  Call 17 SINTER 2021 .

  • Selection process for scholarship holders of the Institutional Center for Languages and Translation – NILT

    The Office of International Relations (SINTER) announces the opening of the Simplified Selection Process for scholarship holders of the Institutional Center for Languages and Translation (NILT), according to the  Call 19/SINTER/2021.

    There will be 6 scholarships for content writer and tutor. Undergraduate and graduate students at UFSC may apply, according to the call criteria.

    Applications are open until 31 October 2021, according to the call.

     

    The NILT:

    The Institutional Center for Languages and Translation was created to promote and foment the internationalization process of UFSC through the development of language policies and language courses with an international focus.

    Among the NILT’s actions is the offer of remote language courses to students, professors and Technical-Administrative Staff, aiming at preparing them for the proficiency exams required by foreign universities and for the intercultural, international and global learning experience in the internationalization process.

  • NILT and the Virtual Courses for the Internationalization of UFSC

    The Institutional Center for Languages and Translation (NILT), linked to SINTER, will give courses aimed at better preparing for UFSC’s Internationalization process:

    1. Cultural texts in German: a translation practice (16h);
      2. Spanish Proficiency Exams: familiarization (16h);
      3. Written production in English – abstracts (16h);
      4. Reading and comprehension of Calls for Scholarships to study in Italy – Italian for specific purposes (16h);
      5.Portuguese for foreigners: Unveiling the Reading process: first steps (16h);
      6. Portuguese for foreigners: First steps in academic writing: the paragraph (16h);
      7. Portuguese for foreigners: Aspects of academic writing in Brazilian Portuguese: review, scientific article and abstract (16h).

    All courses will be free of charge.

  • Selection Process Erasmus+ University of Cadiz – Preliminary Results

    The Office of International Relations (SINTER) announces the preliminary result of the Selection Process for Administrative staff for the realization of international mobility process at the University of Cádiz for a period of up to one week for training purposes, according to item 9 of the Call 17 SINTER 2021.

    According to item 3 of the Call, the first place will be selected to participate in the mobility program and the second place will constitute the reserve register of the referred Program.

     

    Candidates who wish to appeal against the preliminary results of the Selection Process may do so on 7 October 2021, until 11:59 p.m.. The appeal must be sent, exclusively, by e-mail, to the e-mail address programa.sinter@contato.ufsc.br. The subject of the message sent must be STAE CADIZ APPEAL + FIRST NAME AND LAST NAME OF THE CANDIDATE (Ex: CADIZ STUDENT APPEAL ANA SILVA). Appeals that are not presented in this format, or are presented after the deadline, will be disregarded.


  • Selection Process Erasmus+ Sapienza Università di Roma – Preliminary results

    The Office of International Relations (SINTER) announces the final result of the pre-selection of the Erasmus + UFSC – Sapienza Undergraduate Mobility Program, under the terms of the Call no. 18 SINTER 2021 Sapienza Graduação. Below is the list of 8 pre-selected candidates:

  • EPEX test for students applying for the selection process of the Erasmus+ UFSC/Sapienza

    SINTER announces that the Department of Foreign Languages and Literature of UFSC (DLLE) will hold the Examination of Proficiency Abroad (EPEX), in English and Italian languages, exceptionally for students interested in applying for the selection process of the Erasmus+ Program UFSC/ Sapienza Università di Roma, under the terms of the Call 18 SINTER 2021 Sapienza Graduação.

    Interested students should contact the department for further information at proficienciadlle@gmail.com, and insert “EPEX – SINTER” in the subject of the e-mail. Applications must be submitted by 21 September.


  • NILT Online Event: Launch of the Virtual Internationalization Courses for the NILT Catalogue

    The Institutional Center for Languages and Translation (NILT), through SINTER, is organizing the launching event of its new Virtual Internationalization Courses for the NILT Catalogue aimed at training the UFSC academic community and community in general. The goal is for NILT to be a space that supports internationalization initiatives in partnership with international organizations.

    Besides serving the local community, it is intended to offer courses aimed at our foreign visitors. Over time, these actions seek to contribute to an effective and transversal internationalization of the institution.

    The launch will be attended by UFSC authorities such as the Rector, the Pro-rectors and Secretaries, as well as the Directors of international partners.

    The online event will consist of 5 lives on 28 September, Tuesday, through SINTER´s Youtube channel in two links:
