SINTEGRA
The SINTEGRA: International student paths: support and integration project aims to promote spaces that offer support and strengthens the integration of international students from the Programa Estudantes-Convênio de Graduação (PEC-G) into UFSC.
The project approaches academic issues, the sense of university community, cultural issues, and ethnic and racial issues.
SINTEGRA is a partnership between SINTER and the Department of Psychology at UFSC. It is coordinated by Professor Elka Hostensky, with the collaboration of Professors Lígia Feitosa and Denise Cord and from Psychology undergraduate students.
Currently, the project runs weekly meetings with international students, develops instructional materials about university life at UFSC, promotes training sessions for staff and students, organizes a Student Integration Program, and produces content on Instagram
