On 12 September, Thursday, Francisco M. López, the assessor of the Embassy of Spain’s Education Office in Brasília, will be at UFSC to present study opportunities in Spain. The lecture will approach topics such as the Spanish university system, scholarships, steps to study in the country and Spanish proficiency certificates. The students will also be able to ask questions. The event will take place at the Harry Laus Room in the Central Library on the Trindade Campus.

Applications are open for the USAC Buddy Program. The Buddy Program is an initiative of the University Studies Abroad Consortium (USAC) – Florianópolis for UFSC students to make friends from other countries and cultures and improve their English through practice. At first, USAC will promote a few integration events with the study abroad students, and, later, the UFSC student will keep in touch with his/her buddy.
